Ann is an accomplished senior-level Human Resources professional in the areas of strategic workforce planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations and talent development. With 25 years combined experience in human resources and talent development in both a community-based financial institution and a Fortune 300 company, she has been able to successfully develop and execute a wide-range of HR and talent development initiatives resulting in greater profitability for the organizations she’s served. Ann is an adjunct instructor with the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.
